Article from Herald-Citizen, Cookeville, Tennessee, Sunday, May 16, 2004

Excerpt: The two Cookevillians, golf professional Bobby Greenwood, at left, and Dr. Chuck Womack, center, who is mayor of Cookeville, are believed to be the only residents of Middle Tennessee district to hold the three major awards for outstanding achievement in Scouting - the Eagle Scout rank, the Explorer Scouts Silver Award and the God-and-Country Award.  Viewing their accumulation of medals and badges is Tennessee Tech President Bob Bell, chairman of the Upper Cumberland District of the Middle Tennessee Council/Boy Scouts of America, who recently was presented the Silver Beaver, highest award in Scouting for an adult leader.
